Dr Mitha qualified from Wits Medical School in 1994 and after completing his internship was instrumental in establishing one of the largest independent primary health care providers in South Africa.

He has gained further qualifications in occupational health and clinical research and has, over the past few years developed a keen interest in the diagnosis, treatment and research aspects of Sleep Disorders.

Dr Mitha has extensive experience in the research aspects of sleep disorders with a special interest in the management of Insomnia and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA).
